The craft store chain Hobby Lobby and other companies challenged that requirement, saying they have a religious objection to at least some forms of birth control. The court also ruled against the technology innovator Aereo. A streaming service, Aereo provided customers with TV programs through miniature antennae without the permission of the broadcasters who produced the programs.
