The&nbsp;Air&nbsp;Force&nbsp;says the restored flying hours represent about $208 million of that allocation authorized by Congress.</p><p>U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) is the ranking Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee.
