Oklahomans who want to cast a ballot in the Nov. 4 general election have until Friday to register to vote.
State Election Board Secretary Paul Ziriax reminded potential voters of the upcoming deadline, noting there are numerous high-profile races for state and federal offices, as well as many local elections.
This year's general election marks the first time in state history that both of Oklahoma's U.S. Senate seats will be on the ballot at the same time. The state's senior U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe is seeking a full term, while U.S. Sen. Tom Coburn's seat is also on the ballot since he's stepping down with two years left on his term.
Voter registration forms are available online and at county election boards, post offices, tag agencies and libraries.
