The Memphis Grizzlies will be without top scorer Zach Randolph in Game 7 against the Thunder on Saturday night, but they remain confident.

Randolph was suspended for punching Steven Adams in the jaw late in Game 6. Memphis coach Dave Joerger said Saturday that his 6-foot-9, 260-pound forward feels "terrible" and "awful" about the situation. The Grizzlies say their offensive game plan changes completely, but they expect their stout defense to give them a chance.

Point guard Mike Conley strained his right hamstring in the loss to the Thunder in Game 6. He plans to play, but said he likely wouldn't if it was a regular-season game.

Conley will match up with Russell Westbrook, an explosive player Joerger calls one of the top three athletes in the league.
