Duncan police say they have recovered a gun believed to have been used to kill an Oklahoma newspaper publisher, his wife and teenage daughter.
Investigators found the weapon after executing a search warrant at a storage unit near the home of the victims.
Prosecutors have charged 19-year-old Alan Hruby in the shooting deaths of 50-year-old John Hruby, 48-year-old Tinker Hruby and 17-year-old Katherine Hruby.
Prosecutors say Alan Hruby killed the three because he was in debt and his parents had cut him off financially, and he believed he would be the only heir to the estate.
Phone calls to Alan Hruby's court-appointed attorney were not returned Wednesday.
John Hruby was publisher and his wife worked at The Marlow Review.
