White House To Require Insurers To Cover Mental Health

The White House announced new rules this morning that will require insurers to cover care for mental health and addiction the same way they do physical illnesses.

The regulations define parity in benefits and treatment at a time when the Obama administration has been under fire for the troubled rollout of the Affordable Care Act.
